To deliver a society from moral decay, we must understand how the minds of individuals have been corrupted with the worldview of naturalism and secular humanism. Only then can we salvage the collective mindset of people with the mind of Christ and then rebuild society based on the Christian worldview.
Trying to win souls and societies without understanding how individual minds and collective mindsets have been philosophically corrupted is like cutting the branches of a dangerous tree whose roots are still solidly underground. Moral decay in society is only a symptom like cancer. Behind every symptom is a root cause. To deal with the symptom, we must identify the root-cause.
Most political and social effort to deal with crimes, divorces, youth violence and murders in society are attempts to solve moral problems without addressing the violation of moral laws. Such efforts are defective because the root-cause of problems in societies are neither acknowledged nor addressed properly. We focus on the symptom without identifying the cause. We cut the branches without uprooting the roots. Consequently, we end up scratching the surface of a problem so deep that we multiply the pain.
Having identified the philosophical foundations behind moral decay in society, we shall in this section discuss how to contend with and overcome them. Beyond seeking to convert souls, we must now discover how to convert minds. Behaviour is a product of dominant thought patterns. To change negative behaviours, we must confront wrong thought patterns.

- Pray that the Holy Spirit will convert the hearts and minds of those opposed to the Christian worldview.
- Explain the History of Mankind from Creation, to the Fall, Redemption and eventual glorification of man.
- Demonstrate the reality of God through signs and wonders.
- Execute the judgments written against the unrepented intellectuals who persist in promoting intellectual idolatry.
- Believe God to convert the hearts and minds of even the most Hardened Atheist.
