The eagle has one of the strongest eyes in the animal kingdom.

The eagle’s eye is roughly the same size as that of a human being.

It is estimated to have an eye that is 4 to 8 times stronger than the average human eye.

This means that an eagle that weighs 10 kilograms or 22 pounds could have an eye as big as that of a human being who weighs 91 kilograms or 200 pounds.

An eagle is able to spot a rabbit that is 3.2 kilometers or two miles away. This fact is supported by Scripture.

“Doth the eagle mount up at thy command, and make her nest on high… her eyes behold afar off” (Job 39:27, 29).

No leader can be effective without prophetic vision, the ability to see afar off with a view to dealing with crisis.

“Where there is no vision, the people perish…” (Proverbs 29:18).
