DEALING WITH STRANGERS IN THE FAMILY

You may know someone physically and yet the person can still be a stranger in your marriage. That’s why Paul said, “Henceforth I know no one in the flesh.” A stranger is not necessarily someone you don’t know or someone who does not know you. On the contrary, a true stranger in your family is:

• Anyone whose objective is to destroy your marriage
• Anyone who sets out to weaken and break your marital vow
• Anyone outside the triple-fold cord connection in your marriage

A marriage triple-fold connection is a relationship between a husband, a wife and God. Ecclesiastes 4:12 says “…A triple-fold cord cannot be easily broken.” Every stranger in your marriage will come with the intention of breaking the triple-fold cord connection that strengthens your marital vow with a divine touch.
